So, all in all, I would love it if you did allow this mod for teens, if the mod complicated sim pregnancies/fertility, or if the people around the smoker had a irritated or annoyed moodlet.
Just suggestions though, I hope you don't get offended by them! Or, maybe if the sim addicted to smoking had problems with fertility because of the habit?
